In most cases, competitors must have performed in at least two solo classes in the same discipline, one of which must be a test piece or a piece of provincial status. Exceptions to the rule regarding the test piece requirement are students in the First Year of Instruction classes, those under 7 years of age and some open scholarships. The adjudicator’s decision regarding scholarships will be final. Please refer to the local program for a complete listing of scholarships and awards.

Competitors chosen to receive a scholarship or award MUST attend and perform in the Awards Concert to receive their award. Failure to attend and perform in the Awards Concert will result in the automatic forfeit of the scholarship or award and it will be awarded to the next eligible competitor. Please see the full Scholarship and Award Regulations for all details, available from the Corresponding/Entry Secretary.
